GEORGETOWN BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
Established in 1999 by its property owners and merchants, the Georgetown Business Improvement District (BID) is a publicly chartered, private, non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and enhancing the accessibility, attractiveness and appeal of Georgetown’s commercial district. It is organized as a not-for-profit corporation in DC, and registered by Mayor’s order under the District of Columbia Business Improvement District Act.
