VIP Early Admission Ticket - 6:30PM doors open
The VIP ticket includes early admission to the event with all access to 4 bars and full menu spread before the crowds! Kick things off in the enclosed and heated outdoor bar where guest bartenders from award-winning DC bar - Allegory will be featuring their signature cocktails and D.C. spins on New Orleans classics.
There will also be exclusive VIP only activities, including live music, special entertainment, and an interactive tasting room with agave spirits from Ilegal. Be sure to arrive early to take full advantage of all the event has to offer!

Enjoy passed bites a plenty and several food stations by Chef/Partner Kyle Bailey and Executive Chef Kristen Essig - including Chicken & Andouille Gumbo, Seafood Jambalaya
Veggie Étouffée, a Caviar Station - and that's just to name a few!
Harris Creek Oyster Co. is bringing the oysters on the half shell paired with French 75 shooters off the ice luge. If that's not enough, we'll be finishing off the evening with plenty of King Cakes & beignets made by Pastry Chef Joy Razo.
Open Bar includes access to indoor and outdoor bars with offerings including local and Louisiana drafts, premium wines, and specialty cocktails. Try one of our famous Hurricanes or Sazeracs, head into the outdoor Absinthe Garden for a taste of our favorite anise-flavored spirit or Uptown for a classic French 75.

Fat Tuesday officially lands on Feb 13th this year, so we're leaning into the Valentine's as an inspiration for our theme. Come dressed to the theme - or not!
Costumes, cocktail attire, and festive colors are encouraged. Put a romantic spin on your outfit in color, in spirit, or in costume.
This year, we're taking it a step further with a Costume Contest! Winners will be announced on the evening of the event and presented a special surprise. The categories are:
Most on Theme - "Love & Legends", Best Celebrity Look-Alike/ Doppelganger, Best Couples Costume
Dauphine's will provide plenty of beads and favors - but don't be afraid to show off your own collection!

Parade and party timeline:
3:00pm — Mardi Gras Activities Begin
District Pier Bar opens and begins serving Hurricanes made from Thrasher's Rum on District Pier. Mardi Gras activity stations on Recreation pier will also open for kids.
3:30pm — Parade Begins
Enjoy a spirited parade featuring stilt walkers, jugglers, the Mardi Gras king and queen, and fantastic floats from your favorite Wharf neighborhood partners. Washington Capitals, G-Wiz of the Washington Wizards, Cheer DC, Command Force of the Washington Commanders and more will also participate.
4:30pm-7:00pm — Live Music
Following the parade, the celebration continues on with a dance party and live music by the Naptown Brass Band on District Pier Stage, The Experience Band & Show on the Transit Pier Floating Stage, Too Much Talent Band on The Grove Stage and Crush Funk Brass Band on the Boathouse Stage.
6:30pm — Fireworks Salute
