Offering the ease of all-day dining, combined with a relaxed atmosphere and waterside views, Muze’s menu has been developed under the direction of Executive Chef Adam Tanner and our talented new Chef de Cuisine Sean Blomgren. Featuring dishes such as Spicy Dan Dan Noodles, Prime Beef Tartare and Black Cod Hong Kong Style, the diverse menu showcases cuisine that reflects our ‘East West Kitchen’ concept, complemented by universal dishes that everyone will recognize and enjoy.
