Be a Restaurant Partner of the Savor the Flavors of Passport DC Promotion

We invite you to sign on to be an official restaurant partner of Events DC's Passport DC program, Savor the Flavors, taking place this May 2025, which is also known as International Cultural Awareness Month in the Nation’s Capital.

Savor the Flavors of Passport DC celebrates authentic dining experiences representing the unique availability of cuisines from around the world that can be found in DC and is an exciting opportunity to showcase the richness and diversity of ethnic cuisines while promoting cultural understanding and appreciation.

Join this opportunity to promote your restaurant to locals and visitors who enjoy embassy open houses and other in-person events during Passport DC, and invite them to discover the exciting cuisines of a variety nations.

Restaurant partners are asked to offer a traditional dish or menu showcasing the authentic flavors of their respective cuisines during Passport DC (May 1-31, 2025).

Diners will be encouraged to dine in or order takeout from participating restaurants throughout the promotion.

To Participate: 

• Provide the name and a short description of your authentic ethnic dish or menu to be shared by Events DC and RAMW.
• You can also opt to offer an “Experience” like demos or cooking classes.

Your restaurant will be:

• Listed on the Events DC website.
• Included on the new Passport DC App, where users will have the opportunity to collect points as they stop by your restaurant.  
• Included in Events DC press releases to regional media.
• Featured in a dedicated social media campaign on the Events DC platforms.

This program is open to all restaurants and eateries in the District of Columbia.
Membership with RAMW is not required to participate.
There is no fee to participate.

The deadline to sign up for Savor the Flavors is April 27.
Restaurant partners will be added to the Passport DC website and app on a rolling basis.
