District of PRIDE Townhall on June 23 at 11 AM

DC Health Link in partnership with the Mayor’s Office of LGBTQ Affairs will host a virtual town hall conversation during PRIDE month to provide members of the LGBTQ community with information about the value of health insurance and on how to get the most from health insurance coverage.
The complexity of health insurance choices can be overwhelming to many consumers. The need to understand health plan features is essential because health insurance coverage impacts access to health care services. This town hall conversation will focus on what consumers need to know to choose plans that work best for them and their families. Participants will develop a greater understanding of how to use health insurance to manage healthcare needs and will be given tools to use to solve problems.
