Cicchetti are small snacks or side dishes typically served in traditional osterie in Italy. “Cicchetti at Urbana” guests welcome Executive Chef Ethan McKee to surprise them with a continuously-changing menu of Italian dishes each week. With one special seating on Saturday evenings, 10 guests have an exclusive front-row seat watching Chef Ethan prepare an eight-course tasting menu at the restaurant’s hearth oven. Restaurant Job Growth Sluggish in September Restaurants continued to have difficulties boosting staffing levels in Sept., as job growth slowed significantly from recent months.
