AP Pizza Shop

AP Pizza Shop is a love letter to the pizzerias of Chef Mike Friedman’s youth in New York and New Jersey and serves deck oven slices, innovative & seasonal pizzas, Italian-American antipasti, dolci, focaccia sandwiches, and more. Our pizza dough is made with high-quality whole wheat & 00 flour, and fermented over three days to create a crispy, chewy crust indicative of what you’d find in Italian-American pizzerias!
