Born in Panama, Café Unido is a specialty coffee roaster and café built on curation—of coffee, food, and hospitality. We work closely with producers, roast with precision, and highlight exceptional coffees, including Panama Geisha. Our food program follows the same philosophy: intentional ingredients and disciplined execution. In select locations, Café Unido extends into the evening as a bar, delivering a night experience defined by craft—tapas, cocktails, and a carefully curated wine menu, all executed with the same standard of excellence.
