Casa Teresa is a Spanish restaurant by Chef Rubén Garcia featuring open-fire cooking and seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients. Although Rubén's roots in the culinary world run through Spain's finest kitchens, he is most inspired by the life and cooking of his abuela Teresa: Rubén founded Casa Teresa as an homage to the matriarchs who created the tradition of Spanish cuisine.
