Chef and Partner Myo Htun, originally from Burma, spent nearly 30 years training under a Master Ramen Chef in Tokyo, Japan. Today, he brings those same authentic flavors and dishes to Chaplin's. Co-owners Ari and Micah Wilder, who also helm Wilder Brother’s, have crafted a vibrant and innovative beverage program that perfectly complements Chef Myo’s cuisine. Each visit to Chaplin’s promises an immersive experience, transporting you to a bygone era that celebrates the glamour and whimsy of entertainment.
