Ciel Social Club

Ciel Social Club, its name derived from the French word for "the heavens", is a luxurious penthouse lounge and restaurant atop the modernist the AC Hotel Washington DC Convention Center with opulent decor and celestial, nearly 360-degree views of the US Capitol dome, Washington Monument and downtown DC. Executive chef Paul Yellin, a nationally recognized culinary talent profiled extensively by the likes of Forbes and the New York Times, has developed a menu of elevated small plates channeling flavors of the Mediterranean. A unique craft cocktail menu by VERSUS beverage director Hank Bowers includes creations such as a cotton candy gin sour, a truffle oil-washed vesper and an olive oil-washed gimlet with mint oil.
