Ellie Bird

Ellie Bird is the second concept from Michelin-starred duo Yuan and Carey Tang located in West Falls Church, Virginia. Ellie Bird features contemporary New American cuisine with a casual family focus and Asian influence. The restaurant will be open for dinner service Tuesday through Friday and Sunday with brunch on Saturdays. The idea for Rooster & Owl’s “little sister” concept came to the Tangs during the pandemic, when their second daughter and the restaurant’s namesake was born.
