Pink Tiger

Located at The Wharf in Washington, DC, and nestled along the waterfront, Pink Tiger presents a playful fusion of Southern American and Asian cuisine. Their  menu is rooted in the thoughtful blending of the cultures that shaped them—Asian and Southern—brought to life through the perspective of Executive Chef Joseph Castro and co-founder Brooke Demetriou. Together, their influences create a dining experience that is personal, familiar, and inviting.  The cuisine is complemented by an artful cocktail program, locally crafted beers, and a curated selection of boutique wines. Pink Tiger also features live music Thursday through Saturday, with late-night dining.
