Our Story
I’m Chef Mehmet. My story begins in my family’s restaurant in Turkey, where many of our culinary roots trace back to the traditions of the Ottoman kitchen. That legacy shaped our family’s way of cooking — from silky hummus and fermented amba to slow-roasted duck and ribeye kebab.
Studying the science of cooking at Harvard helped me reimagine these ancestral flavors through a modern lens. At Tiffany, I blend this heritage with American creativity — bringing dishes like Urfa chili shrimp and Mediterranean branzino to life.
This is Tiffany — where Ottoman roots, family tradition, and bold innovation come together on every plate.
