About Leesburg: Located in the heart of Downtown Leesburg, Chef John Cummings spearheads the kitchen at the intimate wine bar. The Italian-influenced menu blends culinary creativity with timeless technique featuring house-made pastas and inventive dishes that celebrate the purity and richness of the region’s local farmers and purveyors. Guests can enjoy curated wine flights and themed cocktails in a relaxed and welcoming space that is reminiscent of a party in a friend’s kitchen.  

 

About Frederick: Located along Carol Creek Linear Park in Downtown Frederick, Chef Briana Mansberger helms the kitchen and offers a modern interpretation on a farm-fresh chophouse. The menu showcases a rotating selection of high-quality cuts of meat, seafood, and vegetarian dishes that illuminate the bounty of the region and changing seasons. The beverage program is both intentional and whimsical, with a dynamic wine and spirits list that invites guests on a journey of discovery, with a dash of fun along the way.
