Fall is in full swing and the DC metropolitan region is decked out in autumnal shades of red, yellow, and orange, which turns thoughts to the upcoming holiday season and, for many of us, Thanksgiving planning including the big dinner and hosting family and friends over the holiday.

Thanksgiving – like perhaps no other time of year - is a showcase for those in the food service industry. Our work and our passion is front and center for this national celebration. Thanksgiving is about acknowledging our blessings and gathering with family and friends. Gratitude is the message and food is the vehicle for the festivities.
