Butchery Class: Sausage Making at Via Umbria

Via Umbria's Executive Chef, Liam LaCivita, is dedicating this butchery class to his and everyone’s favorite comfort food: Sausage. He will be showing the unique ways to prepare and serve two delicious but different classic Italian sausages: Umbrian and Pugliese Sausages. Join in as Chef Liam teaches the secrets to preparing these sausages, and if you dare, you will even be able to try your hands at it!
