Butchery & Cooking Class with Chef Victor Albisu

The first cooking class in our 2018 series will cover Pork Butchery. Menu items will include:

• Peruvian Pork Belly Chicharron

• Crispy Pigs Feet

• Roasted Pork Shanks

We will begin with a welcome cocktail, followed by instruction from Chef Victor. Lunch with wine will follow to enjoy the items demonstrated.
