Cherry Blossom Pasta & Dessert Cooking Class at Via Umbria

Step into Via Umbria's kitchen to celebrate the arrival of spring and the blooming of the Cherry where you and a small group of amateur chefs will enjoy an intimate cooking class where they will demonstrate how to make pasta by hand and prepare the perfect sauce to pair your pasta with. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to roll up your sleeves and try it yourself and as a bonus you will also have the opportunity to create one of their signature desserts. This week’s menu features Tagliolini with Spring Vegetables and Lemon Emulsion, followed by Marasca Cherry Olive Oil Cake with Cherry Gelato, with the chance afterwards to enjoy your handiwork.

This Class begins at 7:00 pm unless otherwise listed and guests are encouraged to arrive a few minutes ahead of time to allow for check-in.
