Cookology Presents "Cool Beans" with Joe Yonan

With homecooks hibernating behind their stoves, this is the season to explore the world of beans at Cookology! With "Cool Beans" as the guide, these protein-packed gems get to be the star of the night, featuring award-winning Washington Post dining editor Joe Yonan leading the discussion based on his new book, and fuel the fandom for beans.

The demo will debunk the misconceptions of beans, flaunt the wide variety of heirloom beans and celebrate the ease of cooking with beans. Enjoy samples of "Cool Beans" dishes made with New Orleans' Camellia Brand beans.
