Del Campo Beef Butchery Cooking Class

The second cooking class in our 2018 series will be about Beef Butchery. Menu items will include:

  • Smoked Oyster Beef Tartare

  • Bamba Barbacoa Tacos

  • Peruvian Style Short Rib Seco


We will begin with a welcome cocktail, followed by instruction from Chef Victor. Lunch with wine will follow to enjoy the items demonstrated. Start the new year by expanding your culinary expertise and skills! Great for date night or a group of friends. Ticket price is $98 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.Spaces are limited so reserve your seat now. The next class in the series will be a Lamb Butchery class on March 24, 2018.
