On Tuesday, January 28, enjoy a selection of bottles from Sicilian winery Firriato — based in the province of Trapani — at Union Market newcomer Stellina Pizzeria! Marco Scapagnini, Firriato's export manager, will be on-site to guide you through the selections paired with chef Matteo's island-centric menu, Individual tickets are $145 with wine pairings and $95 without, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
Offerings include:
- Eggplant cannolo, ricotta, cherry tomatoes sauce, angel hair, and provolone
- Marinated sardines, home made chitarra, braised fennel, golden raisins, toasted pinenuts, and lemon-parsley bread crumbs
- Roasted octopus, pistacchio, blood orange, sea urchin, and chickpea purée
- Sheep milk ricotta stuffed cannolo, chocolate, pistacchio, candied orange, zibibbo zabaione
