From Hourly to Salary: Advancing Top Performing Employees to Management

August 27, 2018 - 9:30am to 3:00pm

OVERVIEW:

Please join Savor Strategies and featured speakers Andrew Limberg of Rose's Restaurant Group and Ellen Kassoff Gray of Equinox Restaurant, to learn how to transition your top performing employees into management roles. We will focus on the tools, resources, and skills needed to develop successful leaders.

Successful restaurateurs agree that one of the best ways to acquire strong managers is to cultivate talent from within. With the right orientation and training, your employees can be groomed for advancement into management roles beginning with their first day, reducing your turnover and saving your establishment time and money.

With knowledge gained from this seminar, you will be equipped with the tools and guidelines to help your most talented employees take on greater leadership roles within your organization.

This seminar will also provide an opportunity for attendees to create a management training plan, with hands-on guided support from industry experts, and will be encouraged to use those plans for further implementation within their businesses.

Registration includes a one-hour follow-up consulting or coaching session with Savor Strategies, which attendees will be asked to schedule within one to two weeks following the conclusion of the event.
