Kinamot Dinners at Kuya Ja

Kuya Ja's Lechon Belly in Rockville, MD hosts Kinamot Dinners on Tuesdays once a month! Chef Javier Fernandez puts on a feast in hopes to introduce diners to a traditional way of eating in the Philippines. A social experience! Different dishes are piled on top of a banana leaf covered table. Kinamot in Cebuano/Bisaya means to eat with your hands. This is the equivalent of "Kamayan" or "Boodle Fight." Come join us and dig in!
