Shellfish Shucking 101:

Dyllan's will be offering the true technique on how to shuck these hard shell beauties. Come learn how to prepare shellfish for consumption, along with the differences between the East and West Coast.

The clam is a especially simple to open, however, they will show you how and teach you the difference in sizes and tenderness.

They will also show you how to make a cocktail sauce and a mignonette sauce!

Each ticket includes a complimentary selection of 12 oysters and clams, a glass of red, white or sparkling wine a welcome packet includes a $10 gift certificate for your next visit, a Dyllan’s hat, and recipe cards.
