Pasta & Dessert Cooking Class at Via Umbria

Step into Via Umbria's kitchen where you and a small group of amateur chefs will enjoy an intimate cooking class where we will demonstrate how to make pasta by hand and prepare the perfect sauce to pair your pasta with. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to roll up your sleeves and try it yourself and as a bonus you will also have the opportunity to create one of their signature desserts. This week’s menu features Agnolotti del Plin with Lamb and Roasting Jus, followed by Pan di Spagna and Cherry Whipped Cream, with the chance afterwards to enjoy your handiwork. Beer, wine and bottomless prosecco will be available for purchase to enjoy during the class and with your meal.
