Pizzeria Paradiso Homebrew Competition

Presented by Pizzeria Paradiso and the DC Hombrewers Club

• Restricted to: Styles of IPA or Pale Ale (ABV no lower than 4.0% and no higher than 7.0%)

• Allowed HOPS: Columbus, Willamette, Falconer's Flight, Amarillo, Tradition, Copper, Chinook, Saaz, Centennial, Mosaic, Tettnang, & East Kent Goldings

• Beer name must follow the Brewers Association’s guidelines outlined in the Marketing & Advertising Code

• Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place entries! As well as an award for best name!

• 1st place entry will work with DC Brau on scaling up their recipe to be poured on draft across the Paradiso locations!

• Winners will be chosen based on the combination of a popular vote and a judges panel

• Entries must be submitted on or before April 25th

• Entries can be dropped off at any Paradiso location Please include a label with: name, email, beer name, and any information on the beer (ABV, hops used, etc.)

• Please submit between 32-64oz to be judged
