Join us for an exclusive preview dinner for our upcoming Tex-Mex restaurant & cafe, Republic Cantina. We're pleased to offer a sample of items from our in-progress menu (launching soon in Truxton Circle!)
Our menu will spotlight several true-to-form Tex-Mex classics, alongside creative spins inspired by the magnificent landscape of Texan flavors. Note: vegetarian versions are optionally available for all dishes (we'll follow up prior to the event to confirm any dietary restrictions). Menus are subject to change but the following is representative of a typical preview dinner:
The ticket cost covers all food (a 5-course pre fixe tasting menu); an optional cocktail/beer/wine pairing is available for purchase on-site, in addition to a full bar for a la carte drink purchases.
Our next preview dinners will take place Mon-Tues, Jan 14/15 and Jan 21/22. Each night we're offering a limited number of spaces for two separate seatings:
6:30p: arrive between 6-6:20pm for a drink at the bar; dinner service will begin promptly at 6:30pm and wrap around 8pm
7:00p: arrive between 6:30-6:50pm for a drink at the bar; dinner service will begin promptly at 7pm and wrap around 8:30pm
We'll be rolling out additional dates for future preview dinners; if you can't make these dates, email Chris to be added to our waitlist and you'll be the first to know when additional dates are announced!
