Featured Rosé: Minuty – Côtes de Provence
A light and bright rosé wine of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah.

and two other Rosé selections - all unlimited.

Food Selections:

  • Choice of cheeses and fresh bread

  • Eggplant Caviar
    pine nut, pecorino pepper cheese, grilled zucchini

  • Burrata and Asparagus
    black olive tapenade, fennel pollen, lime zest

  • Lobster Tail
    grapefruit, marinated fish

  • Shrimp Cocktail
    avocado mousse, cocktail sauce

    shaved bottarga, taggiasca olives, aged parmigiano
