TASTE OF DC IS GOING CASHLESS FOR FOOD & BEVERAGES THIS YEAR!
RFID technology makes it easier and faster for attendees to enter Taste of DC and purchase food and drinks—with just the touch of a wristband! Instead of using cash or credit cards, you will pay for your food and drinks by activating your “TasteBand” and loading additional “Taste Tokens” onto your Tasteband online in advance or at select TasteBand top-up stations located throughout the festival.

TasteBand Package ($14.99) includes:
- One RFID TasteBand pre-loaded with one complimentary beverage valid for a beverage in Restaurant Row, the Taste of DC Beer Garden
- Ability to add "Taste Tokens" to your TasteBand to purchase food and drink from more than 65+ restaurants in Restaurant Row and at the beverage areas throughout the festival
- Free Bag/Bike check outside of stadium – ($5 value each)
- Early entry to festival for an hour pre-doors (5 p.m. on Friday 10/26, noon on Saturday 10/27)
Foodie Package ($49.99) includes:
- Everything included in the TasteBand Package plus...
- $30 "Taste Tokens" pre-loaded TasteBand to purchase food and drink from more than 65+ restaurants in Restaurant Row and at the beverage areas throughout the festival
- Exclusive seating at the Taste of DC Culinary Stage - limited seating available on a first-come first-served basis
- $10 credit to upcoming Drink the District events
This year, Taste of DC is offering free entry via registration - guests simply need to register in advance to receive their free entry to the event.
Taste of DC General Admission - Free Registration includes:
- All-day entertainment at the Main Stage and Culinary Stage
- Access to Restaurant Row at Taste of DC – open Friday and Saturday
- Access to the Sip Savor and Celebrate at Taste of DC
- TasteBand NOT included with Free Registration, must be purchased separately or as part of a concession package
