Tipped Wage Workers Fairness Act Training
The Tipped Wage Workers Fairness Amendment Act (TWWF) requires that DC businesses that employ at least one tipped wage worker must receive anti-sexual harassment training by an OHR-certified trainer, for everyone on staff, every two years. The training can be completed online or in person.
Training must be conducted using an OHR certified trainer. Click here for a list of OHR certified trainers offering sessions and pre-recorded sessions for certification. Note: RAMW is not currently offering regularly scheduled TWWF sessions.
