Register for DC Cocktail Week 2024

DC Cocktail Week celebrates our local cocktail culture across the Metropolitan region featuring tasty cocktails, and mocktails, paired with delicious bites for one price. Our 7-day promotion will lead into Repeal Day, marks the 91st anniversary of the Repeal of Prohibition in the United States on December 5, 1933. We invite you to be part of this spirited promotion highlighting your cocktail program! You can also opt-in to spotlight your restaurant through an event during the week to further engage diners and fuel their cocktail and zero-proof interests through your own cocktail culture experience.
 
Participating locations determine the cocktail and bite pairing and the price point of their offer. All participating locations are included in our extensive marketing campaign utilizing RAMW’s direct marketing, online and social media platforms, advertising buys, and media engagement reaching a combined audience of 300K+ locals. This year's marketing campaign includes ad buys with City Cast, The List Are You On It, Flave, and more!

PARTICIPATION LEVELS
  • Low-Proof: Your restaurant will offer a cocktail and/or mocktail + a bite for one set price.
  • Mid-Proof: Your restaurant will offer a cocktail and/or mocktail + a bite for one set price + host a DC Cocktail Week event, such as a cocktail class or happy hour.
  • High-Proof: Your restaurant will offer a cocktail and/or mocktail + a bite for one set price + host a DC Cocktail Week + is interested in offering a cocktail including a DC Cocktail Week sponsored spirit or beverage*.

    *Sponsors have the final decision on pairing with participants who have opted in at the High-Proof level. Being paired with a spirit is not guaranteed. If your DC Cocktail Week pairing includes a spirit sponsor brand, your location will automatically be included in additional marketing efforts.
ALL PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE
  • Profile page on DCCocktailWeek.com including logo, pairing details, and submitted videos/photos
  • Inclusion on DCCocktailWeek.com participating locations logo gallery page
  • Inclusion in social media campaign focused on DC Cocktail Week pairings including Stories and Reels
  • Logo inclusion in eblasts to RAMW Diner Insider subscriber list
  • Inclusion in outreach for media opportunities such as on-air demos, interviews, and opportunities to be part of marketing videos produced by RAMW
  • Limited slots are available for RAMW to come to your location to take pics/video of your pairing if registered by 10/23
MID & HIGH PROOF LEVELS receive additional marketing of your DC Cocktail Week special event including:
  • Event listing on DCCocktailWeek.com and RAMW.org
  • Inclusion in dedicated social media posts promoting special events during DC Cocktail Week
  • Call out mention in press notice highlighting DC Cocktail Week events (event details must be provided by November 10)
  • Inclusion in boosted social media campaign highlighting DC Cocktail Week events (event details must be provided by November 10)
  • Inclusion of special events listing in e-communications to RAMW's Diner Insider subscriber list and marketing partner outreach
  • Your restaurant keeps all revenue from hosting special events, you will need to provide your ticketing information and link to us to be promoted on RAMW social media platforms and in e-mail marketing 
  • Special event details are due ASAP for inclusion in various marketing to highlight your special event
HIGH PROOF LEVELS receive additional marketing of your DC Cocktail Week cocktail to include:
  • Dedicated social media posts and stories across RAMW platforms featuring the spirit sponsor brand used in your cocktail (multiple locations may be featured in carousel posts)
  • Listed in digital ads/banners placed on marketing partner sites and included in consumer outreach
  • Images of cocktail(s) made with spirit sponsor brand to be provided by November 10 (images do not need to be professionally captured)
