Led by Chef Masaaki “Uchi” Uchino, Bar Japonais offers a dynamic dining experience that blends Japanese cuisine with French influences. The signature Omakase experience features a meticulously crafted, 9-course (15 selections) rotating array of exceptional seasonal ingredients. The menu also showcases vibrant Japanese-French dishes, complemented by an eclectic selection of wine, sake, and cocktails, embodying the spirit of both cultures. As with acclaimed sister concept Bar Chinois, which highlights Chinese and French influences, our inspiration is to once again blend two exciting, rich and timeless traditions to create a dynamic offering.
