Limited dinner reservations are accepted seven nights a week, and walk-in diners are always welcomed and encouraged; Sunday brunch seating is held entirely for walk-in guests.

Executive Chef Rob Rubba's Hazel is in the Atlantic Plumbing development in DC’s Shaw neighborhood with an intimate 40 seat dining room and a 16 seat bar that opens up to the extensive patio and additional outdoor private dining space. Hazel features Rob's style of progressive American cuisine -- combining flavors from around the world with traditional and contemporary techniques to create dishes that are elegant, distinctive and satisfying. Beer Director Greg Engert and Iron Gate Spirits Manager Nick Farrell have curated a refined beverage program that highlights the delicate, fresh flavors of Rob's cuisine.
