Created by Philadelphia plant-based powerhouse Nicole Marquis, HipCityVeg is a 100% plant-based, fast-casual restaurant serving American Classics. HipCityVeg takes familiar concepts, such as burgers, fries, nuggets, and shakes, and turns them into equally delicious, vegan options, making it easier to have one less animal-based meal a day. To be kinder to the earth, HipCityVeg employs sustainable practices, including using compostable packaging. HipCityVeg currently operates five locations in the Philadelphia area, and two in Washington, DC, with one more location in DC opening soon.
