Joon is an elevated modern Persian restaurant in the heart of Tysons Corner, reimagining the dishes of Iran through a refined contemporary lens. Under Executive Chef and Co-Owner Najmieh Batmanglij — the "grande dame of Iranian cooking," as the Washington Post calls her — Joon pairs centuries-old technique with seasonal ingredients, fire kissed kabobs, saffron, fresh herbs, and the warm hospitality at the center of Persian culture.
