Each menu at No Goodbyes curates a memorable experience lead by our F&B Director Lily Pinner and Chef Phil Marzelli. Our talented culinary team focuses on a vast array of techniques, including homemade pasta, braised short ribs, and fresh folded pastries. Focusing in on seasonal items and utilizing our rooftop garden where possible to provide the freshest ingredients available for our menus. In addition, indulge craft cocktails by Lukas B. Smith, featuring house-made spices, shrubs, and syrups crafted from the freshest farm produce. Cocktail nerds will delight in the technique and quality of the in-house creation Lukas has out together with his creative master mind.
