Taste Gourmet LLC is a local, woman owned small business certified company located in the

District of Columbia. Taste Gourmet operates two brands, B.Lin Catering and DC Taste. Our

vision is to be the leading catering company in Washington, DC, by providing unforgettable

experiences—through beautifully presented food with exceptional taste and exemplary service.

We exceed client expectations - whether it is a corporate breakfast or wedding, WE MAKE IT

NICE. We strive for “Wow!” at every event.

Through our two distinct brands, we provide high quality catering services for a range of

corporate, non-profit, and public sector organizations, in addition to private clients. B.Lin

Catering specializes in the preparation and service of comfort foods and beverages from around

the world, while DC Taste focuses on high-end niche events with flavor profiles reflecting

refined gastronomy from the Americas and Europe. Both brands offer complete catering

services ranging from drop off deliveries to full service events.

Taste Gourmet LLC was founded in 2008 under the brand DC Taste. In September 2023, Taste

Gourmet acquired B.Lin Catering thus merging the kitchen and operations of both brands under

one company while maintaining distinct brand and value propositions to their clients.
