Trini Vybez Restaurant and Bar

We’re a celebration of Trinidad and Tobago's street food culture while paying homage to the island with carefully crafted cocktails named after the landmarks of Trinidad and Tobago. 

Our concept provides offerings such as combo roti platters made with either bussupshut or dhalpuri roti, pepper roti, and sought after vegan street food such as pholourie and doubles with optional meat upgrades.  Pair your meals with Caribbean cocktails which may contain Angostura bitters and various fruits such as june plum and jackfruit.
