YELLOW at Union Market
YELLOW Union Market is a cafe from Chef Michael Rafidi. The lauded Levantine café known for pastries, mezze, wood-fired pita sandwiches, and specialty coffee will opens its second location at 417 Morse St. NE. The Union Market location features 60 seats in a 3,500-square-foot space enhanced with an open kitchen, pastry case, and carryout window. Guests can expect YELLOW’s beloved classics, but can also look forward to Union Market-exclusive inventions like twice-baked ras el hanout pecan croissants, jaffa orange iced coffee, and All the Kebabs; a novel nighttime kebab menu takes over in the evenings offering coal-fired meats and vegetables with oven-fresh bread, mezze, cocktails, wine, and more.
YELLOW Union Market represents the evolution of YELLOW. From the original Navy Yard popup concept, to the bustling Georgetown location and it’s (Not) Pizza service. The Union Market location aims to be an everyday neighborhood favorite, and to compel those who already love YELLOW to travel a bit and explore the menu.
