Spring Wine Fling Participation Information

Spring is in the air! As we look forward to the change in seasons and planning for spring activities, we invite you to be part of our 2025 Spring Wine Fling, the promotion that helps turn the winter blues into reds, whites, and rosés!

Join our wine-centric promotion to draw diners to your restaurants for a dining experience complemented by wine you'd like to feature. 

Spring Wine Fling will start on the first day of Spring, Thursday, March 20, and run through Monday, March 31, 2025.

Two Glasses, Two Courses, One Price!
Participating restaurants will offer a two-course dinner menu at the $55 promotional price point, with each course paired with a glass of wine of your choosing.

• Choose the App + Entree combination from your menu or create a special dish. Wine-inspired menus and dishes are encouraged but not required.
• Pair wine options with each course.
• Offer the pairing at the SWF Price Point: $55 per person (excluding tax/gratuity).
• Offer available for dinner service only.

Membership with RAMW is not required to participate; this promotion is open to all restaurants and eateries in the Metropolitan Washington area. However, a participation fee per location is required for the promotion.

PARTICIPATION FEE

• Early bird: $175 per restaurant (through March 9)
• $200 per restaurant (starting March 10)

• 4-week marketing campaign running March 1st - March 31st
• Digital ad campaign via local media outlets
• Social media campaign on RAMW and partner platforms
• Direct email marketing to 100K+ local diners
• Inclusion on the dedicated promotional website WineFlingDC.com
• Press notice distributed to 100+ local media outlets
• Marketing support via community partners such as Events DC, Destination DC, The List Are You On It, and community BID's/CID's

Additionally, we want to help market your wine-centric events scheduled during the promotion and between April 1 - April 30, 2025.

Your scheduled event will be included with your website listing, promoted on our social media platforms, and through a dedicated eblast to our Diner Insider list comprised of 30K+ option subscribers interested in local food-related events.
